Credits & pricing questions
What are credits?
Credits are prepaid usage for SEWPOINT (AI slide editing). 1 USD = 100 credits. New accounts start with 200 free credits (≈ $2 of usage; limited-time offer). Top-up packages are shown in Dashboard → Credits.
Can I choose my own AI model?
Yes. The model dropdown in Agent Studio lets you choose Fast (formerly Auto; recommended — the fastest experience we built, balancing quality and cost) or a specific model like GPT-5.5.
How do I buy credits?
Sign in and open Dashboard → Credits. Choose a package and complete checkout with our payment service provider (Stripe). Package prices are exclusive of tax; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
You may request a refund within 24 hours for a fully unused paid top-up, through Dashboard → Credits → Refund. Full rules are in our Refund Policy (Terms §16).
